Swiggy MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the developer platform that lets approved independent apps access Swiggy's core capabilities — food delivery, Dineout table reservations, and Instamart quick-commerce — through a standardised API.

It is part of the Swiggy Builders Club programme. Developers apply at mcp.swiggy.com/builders with a working integration demo. On approval, they receive production credentials and whitelisted OAuth redirect URIs.

MCP stands for Model Context Protocol — a standardised way for AI agents and third-party applications to interact with external services using typed tool calls rather than raw HTTP endpoints. Swiggy published its MCP servers in 2026 as part of a broader push to let developers build social and AI-native applications on top of Swiggy's logistics and restaurant network.
