Terms of Service

1. An independent platform

Zubly is an independent product operated by an independent developer. Zubly is not affiliated with, owned by, or endorsed by Swiggy. "Swiggy" and related marks belong to their respective owner.

2. Swiggy is a third-party service

Zubly connects to Swiggy through Swiggy's public developer programme. Food ordering, delivery, and restaurant reservations are provided entirely by Swiggy as a third-party service. Zubly does not handle delivery logistics or operate any restaurant. Availability, pricing, delivery times, and fulfilment are subject to Swiggy's own terms and conditions.

3. Payments and fees

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Zubly Gift is a standard one-to-one purchase. Zubly Challenge collects ₹10 tips on an all-or-nothing basis. Zubly Table charges a ₹49 platform fee per joiner.

4. Refund policy

Refunds are governed by the outcome of each activity:

• Challenges: if a challenge does not reach its tip threshold before its deadline, all held tips are refunded in full to tippers.
• Tables: if a table does not reach the minimum of 3 guests before its join deadline, all ₹49 fees are refunded to joiners.
• Gifts:completed gift orders follow Swiggy's order and cancellation policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Zubly lawfully and not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
