Data we collect

When you use Zubly we collect and store the following information:

• Phone number — used to create your account and send one-time login codes via SMS.
• Profile details — an optional display name and avatar.
• Swiggy access token — if you connect your Swiggy account, your access token is stored encrypted (AES) and is never kept in plaintext. It is used only to place orders and reservations on your behalf.
• Delivery address reference — a Swiggy address identifier used to route gifted orders. Your full address is never shown to other users.

Video and image uploads

Videos and images you upload to Zubly Gift and Zubly Challenge are stored and served through our media partner, Cloudinary. Uploads may be processed for compression and automated content moderation.

Payments

Payments — gift purchases, ₹10 challenge tips, and ₹49 table fees — are processed by Razorpay. Zubly does not store your card or banking details; those are handled directly by Razorpay. We retain only payment references needed to confirm transactions, release funds, and issue refunds.

How we use your data

We use your data only to operate Zubly: to authenticate you, to display posts, to fulfil orders and bookings, to process payments and refunds, and to send you transactional notifications.
