Zubly on theSwiggy Developer Programme
Zubly is a live production member of the Swiggy Builders Club. It uses Swiggy's developer API to book restaurants for group dinners, place gifted food orders, and deliver food challenge prizes — all in production, across India.

The Swiggy developer programme — called the Swiggy Builders Club— lets independent developers and companies build applications that connect to Swiggy's food delivery, Swiggy Dineout, and Instamart quick-commerce infrastructure through Swiggy MCP (Model Context Protocol).
Access is invite-based. Developers apply with a working integration demo, and Swiggy reviews the use case and technical implementation before granting production credentials. The programme is designed for builders creating genuinely new experiences on top of Swiggy's network — not for scraping or competing with Swiggy's own apps.
Zubly applied in June 2026, was approved, and received production confirmation from Swiggy's Builders Club in August 2026. Its integration — Swiggy Dineout reservations for group dinners and food delivery for gifted meals — is live in production.
How the Swiggy Builders Club programme works
Build a working integration
Developers build against Swiggy's staging environment (mcp-staging.swiggy.com) and create a localhost demo that exercises the target MCP tools.
Apply to Swiggy Builders Club
The application includes a demo video showing the integration working end-to-end. Swiggy reviews the use case, technical implementation, and data handling practices.
Receive production credentials
Approved Builders Club members receive production OAuth client credentials and have their redirect URIs whitelisted on Swiggy's production OAuth server.
Go live
The integration is deployed to production. Real users can connect their Swiggy accounts and the app makes live calls to mcp.swiggy.com.
What Zubly built with the Swiggy developer API
Zubly Table
book_table (Dineout MCP)When a group dinner on Zubly reaches its minimum guest count, Zubly automatically calls Swiggy's Dineout MCP server to book the restaurant reservation. No host needs to call — it's fully automated.
Try it →Zubly Gift
place_food_order (Food MCP)When a stranger buys a gifted meal on Zubly, the food order is placed via Swiggy's Food MCP server on the buyer's connected Swiggy account and delivered to the poster's address.
Try it →Zubly Challenge
place_food_order (Food MCP)When a video food challenge hits its crowd-funded tip threshold, the reward meal is automatically ordered through Swiggy's Food MCP server and delivered to the challenge creator.
Try it →About the Swiggy relationship
Zubly is an independent company and product. It is not affiliated with, owned by, or endorsed by Swiggy. It uses Swiggy's public Builders Club developer programme — the same programme available to any approved developer — to integrate food ordering and Dineout reservations. "Powered by Swiggy" refers specifically to this developer integration.
